LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates fixed seating and comes complete with TV, free view and electric fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, 60/40 fridge-freezer and microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table, bench seating and 2x stools.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, vanity area and an en-suite toilet and washbasin. The twin room comprises of two single beds & small wardrobe. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. BB394 also benefits from a en-suite toilet and washbasin in the master bedroom. 

HEATING: BB394 has an electric fire in the lounge and central heating throughout the accommodation .

VERANDA: Large veranda with patio furniture supplied. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Beverley Bay location is separate from the main amenities with an approx. 3 -4-minute walk.
