Key Features: Lovely holiday home featuring a private drive, veranda, gas central heating, TV's in all bedrooms, room for a travel cot. SC4 can accommodate up to 6 guests. 

LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates fixed seating, 2 armchairs, coffee table and comes complete with electric fire, TV and Free-view. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped to include cooker, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area benefits from a table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, TV, over bed storage and an en-suite toilet and wash basin. A travel cot can fit next to the master bed if required. One twin room with two single beds, TV and fitted small wardrobes and radiators.
SC4 can cater for up to 6 guests. There is an occasional pull-out bed located in the lounge for those extra guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: SC4 has gas central heating and an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: A full wrap around veranda with patio furniture.

PARKING: Own driveway next to the accommodation. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: SC4 is an approx. 3 -4-minute walk from main amenities.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING/ NON DOG FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit is not pet friendly.
