DOG FRIENDLY: Up to two well trained dogs can be added to your booking. An additional charge applies for each dog. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.

LOUNGE: The lounge is fitted with comfortable corner seating (includes an occasional pull out bed), gas fire and 32" TV with free-view. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The modern kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size gas cooker, fridge (with small freezer box), microwave and utensils to cater for the family on your holiday. The dining area is comfortable with table with fixed corner bench seating.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, the master bedroom comprises of a double bed, overhead storage. fitted wardrobe and fan heating. Two twin bedrooms with two single beds with fitted wardrobe, overhead storage and fan heating.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

Plot 3 can accommodate up to 8 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: The shower room has a shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. Plot 3 also has a second toilet and hand basin. 

HEATING: Fan heating in the bedrooms & gas fire in the lounge.

PARKING: Allocated parking next to the van.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 7 to 9-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: All Newman's holiday homes are non-smoking. We request that guests do not smoking inside the caravan/lodge at any time.
