LOUNGE: The modern and spacious lounge is fitted with plenty of comfortable fixed corner seating for all the family (including an occasional pull-out bed); with a TV and gas fire.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern styled kitchen is fully equipped with full size gas cooker, under counter fridge, microwave and utensils to cater for the family on your holiday. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating, freestanding table plus stools.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed,bedside shelving and wardrobe.
The twin one includes 2 single beds, small wardrobe and bedside shelving.Twin 2 has bunk beds, making it spacious; with small drawers, shelving and a small built in wardrobe.
There is also an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those extra guests, Maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM: The family shower room has a shower cubicle, bathroom shelving, toilet, wash basin and small panel heater.

HEATING: Gas fire in the lounge & small panel heater in the shower room.

VERANDA: Front facing veranda, with partial sea views, patio area with patio furniture.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
