PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.


FREE LINEN SERVICE: Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire & fitting. All necessary beds will be made up ready for your arrival. This is required to be added during the booking process.


LOUNGE: Open plan lounge with two sofas, coffee table, French doors leading to the veranda, wall mounted smart TV and electric fire. Additional pull-out sofa bed to accommodate additional Guests. Maximum of 8 guests.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils. microwave, integrated fridge freezer, gas oven & grill. The dining area benefits from free standing dining table and 4 chairs. 


BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes - Double bed, fitted wardrobe, room for a travel cot, vanity area, wall-mounted TV and en-suite w/c. The two twin rooms both include two single beds, small wardrobe and overhead storage. 

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost. Linen can be added during the booking process. Maximum of 8 guests. 


BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom benefits from en-suite toilet and hand basin.


HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms. There is also a gas fire in the lounge. 


VERANDA: Gated front and side veranda with patio furniture. 


PARKING: Private driveway parking next to the accommodation. 


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: 8-9 minutes 


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
