However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.


FREE LINEN SERVICE: Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire & fitting. All necessary beds will be made up ready for your arrival. This is required to be added during the booking process.


LOUNGE: Open plan lounge with L-shaped sofa, patio doors leading to the veranda, flat screen TV with Freeview and electric fire.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils. microwave, American fridge freezer, double gas oven, grill and dishwasher(to be fitted soon). The dining area benefits from free standing dining table and 6 chairs. 


BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes - Double bed, fitted wardrobe, vanity area, tv and en-suite shower room.
The twin rooms includes 2 single beds, tv and small fitted wardrobe. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.


BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom benefits from en-suite shower room.


HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms. There is also an electric fire in the lounge. 


VERANDA: Gated front facing with sea views and side walk way. Patio furniture is supplied


PARKING: Private driveway.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 6-7 minute walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
