DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of WV49 will allow well trained dogs in this lodge. These can be added in the booking process.

PRIVATE HOT TUB: WV49 boasts a private outdoor hot tub on the veranda. 

LOUNGE: Open plan with a two frees standing sofas,coffee table, electric fie, wall-mounted TV with freeview and patio doors leading to the veranda. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, oven and grill; full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining area includes free standing table and 4 chairs.  

BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed, vanity area, built in mirrored wardrobes, wall mounted TV, and room for a travel cot. TV. The Master room also benefits from an en-suite shower, wash basin and toilet. 
The first twin bedroom includes 2 twin beds with overhead storage, bedside table and fitted wardrobe. The second twin bedroom includes two single beds, bedside table and small fitted wardrobe. Maximum of 6 guests. 

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room has a full size bath, over-bath shower, toilet and wash basin. The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower,toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating.

VERANDA: Wooden decking with patio furniture supplied.

GRASS AREA: There is an open grass area to the side of the property. Please note  the grassed area is not enclosed.

PARKING: Private driveway next to the lodge

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 6 to 7 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. 

WI-FI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
