DOG FREINDLY: The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed seating under the window, wall mounted TV with Free view and electric fireplace. An occasional sofa bed is available for those extra guests. H123 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area consists of a free-standing table, fixed corner seating and 2 stools.

BEDROOMS: Master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, TV and overhead storage & vanity area.
Two twin rooms with 2 single beds, single fitted wardrobe and overhead storage. 

H123 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. 

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: There is a family shower room, with toilet and wash basin. There is also an additional toilet.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating throughout.

VERANDA: Side decking with patio chairs supplied.

PARKING: There is parking allocated to the side of the accommodation.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.

WI-FI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
