DOG FREINDLY: The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: The lounge has fixed seating including an occasional pull-out bed for those additional guests, TV with Freeview and gas fire.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, full size fridge freezer and a microwave.  The dining area benefits from free standing dining table, fixed seating and two stools.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, vanity area and room for a travel cot. The twin room includes two single beds and fitted wardrobe. C10 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 
Linen can be supplied at an additional cost, please select from the products list when booking. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room has a shower unit, wash basin. There is also a second seperate toilet and hand basin.  

HEATING: This holiday home is double glazed and centrally heated. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
