KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is equipped with necessary standard utensils, integrated microwave, full size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table with 4 freestanding chairs.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, bedside tables, vanity area, TV and fitted wardrobe. The Master also has an en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin. There is room for a travel cot if required. The Twin bedroom includes two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, over-head storage and bedside cabinet. 
Quilts & pillows are supplied. Linen can be added in the booking process. Maximum of 4 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room consists of a shower, hand basin and toilet. C132's Master also has an en-suite toilet, shower and hand basin. 

HEATING: Double glazing and centraly heated. With an electric fire in lounge.

VERANDA: Veranda with sea views and patio furniture. C132 also has a fenced garden area. 

PARKING: Private driveway next to the accommodation. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.
