BEDROOMS: Double bedroom, over bed storage, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe, vanity area & tv. 
Two twin Bedrooms: 2 single beds, over bed storage and small fitted wardrobe.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator, there is also an additional toilet with hand basin. 

HEATING: Double glazing and central heated. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: Veranda with sea views and patio furniture supplied. c31 also benefits from a fenced grassy area with a gate. 

PARKING: Private parking space to the side of the property.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
