LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed seating, flat screen TV with Free-view, and electric flame effect fire. The French doors open out on to the veranda with sea views. There is also an occasional pull-out sofa bed for additional Guests. Maximum 6 Guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table with freestanding chairs.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables, vanity area and fitted wardrobe. The Master also has an en-suite w/c; with toilet and wash basin. The Twin bedroom includes two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, over-head storage and bedside cabinet. 
Quilts & pillows are supplied. Linen can be hired at additional cost. Maximum of 6 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room consists of a shower, hand basin and toilet. C54's Master also has an en-suite w/c, with a toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: Double glazing and central heated. With an electric fire in lounge.

VERANDA: Veranda with sea views and patio furniture. 

PARKING: Private driveway next to the accommodation. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
