LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed L-Shape seating, coffee table with two stools and flat screen TV. The sofa includes an occasional pull-out sofa bed for those extra guests. C89 can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge-freezer, washing machine, gas oven and grill. Dining area with table and 4 x upholstered chairs.

BEDROOMS: The double bedroom includes fitted wardrobes, over head storage,vanity area and en-suite toilet with hand basin. 
The twin bedroom includes 2 twin beds, overhead storage and small fitted wardrobe. Maximum of 6 guests. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost during the booking process.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The en-suite in the master bedroom comprises of a toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: Central heating with double glazing and an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: Veranda with sea views and patio furniture supplied. There is also a separate patio area.

PARKING: Private driveway for 1 vehicle.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
