KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, nespresso coffee machine, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table, corner bench seating and 2 stools.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a king size bed, vanity area, wardrobe and en-suite toilet and wash basin. The twin room includes 2 single beds, wardrobe, overhead storage and bedside cabinet. 

Quilts & pillows are supplied – linen can be hired at additional cost during the booking process. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Family shower room includes a shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin. 

HEATING: Double glazing and central heating throughout.

VERANDA: French doors leading to veranda with patio furniture. There is also a patio area .

PARKING: Private driveway next to the van.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 7 to 9 minute walk.
