LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed L-shape seating, flat screen TV with Free-view, coffee table and French doors opening out onto the veranda. The occasional sofa bed allows E15 to accomodate up to 6 guests.  

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well-trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for each dog and can be added in the booking process.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is equipped with necessary standard utensils, integrated microwave and full size fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table with 4 freestanding chairs.

BEDROOMS: E15 has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables, vanity area, over head storage and fitted wardrobe. The Master also has an en-suite toilet and wash basin. The twin bedroom includes two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, over-head storage and bedside cabinet. 
Quilts & pillows are supplied. Linen can be added in the booking process. Maximum of 6 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room consists of a shower, hand basin and toilet. E15 also has an en-suite toilet and hand basin in the master bedroom. 

HEATING: Double glazing and centraly heated. 

VERANDA: Veranda with patio furniture. E15 also has a fenced garden area. 

PARKING: Private driveway next to the accommodation. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 1 to 2 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
