LOUNGE: Open plan design. The lounge benefits from fixed corner sofa seating ,TV, Freeview, fixed units and electric fire. Occasional pull-out bed is fitted for those extra guests.  

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The well-equipped kitchen benefits from a gas hob and oven, stainless steel sink, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The dining area comprises of a free-standing dining table, fixed corner seating and 2 stools.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms, a good size double with wardrobes, room for a travel cot, vanity area and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and hand basin.The twin rooms comprise of two single beds, a single wardrobe and radiator. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be added in the booking process. C52 can accommodate up to 6 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Fully fitted shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also an additional toilet and wash basin as an en-suite in the master bedroom. 

HEATING: Double-glazed and central heating. 

VERANDA/PATIO: Veranda, patio furniture and a small patio area.

PARKING: Allocated parking next to the accommodation. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 5 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
