LOUNGE: 148 is complete with a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed L-Shaped seating, armchair, TV, French doors on to the veranda, occasional pullout bed, TV and Free-view. 148 can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. 

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped to include; integrated fridge/freezer, oven & grill, washing machine, dishwasher, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: Two well designed bedrooms; one master bedroom with fitted wardrobe,bedside table, vanity area and en-suite toilet and wash basin. The twin bedroom includes fitted wardrobe, two single beds and over head storage. There is also an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge. 148 can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: 148 benefits from fully fitted shower room with wash basin and towel rail. There is also a separate toilet with wash basin and towel rail as an en-suite to the master bedroom. 

HEATING: 148 has double-glazing and central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort, there is also an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: The gated veranda comes complete with patio furniture and fantastic views. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 5 - 7 minutes. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
