LOUNGE: 152 is complete with a comfortable lounge furnished with L-Shaped sofa and armchair, wall mounted TV, floor to ceiling windows with sea views and electric fire.  

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped to include; integrated full size fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven & grill, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms; one master bedroom with smart TV, fitted wardrobes,bedside table, vanity area and en-suite toilet and wash basin. The twin bedroom includes fitted wardrobe, two single beds and small fitted wardrobe. 152 can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: 152 benefits from fully fitted shower room with wash basin and towel rail. There is also a separate toilet with wash basin and radiator as an en-suite to the master bedroom. 

HEATING: 152 has double-glazing and central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort, there is also an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: The gated veranda is on the side of the accommodation and comes complete with patio furniture and fantastic views. There is also a small grassed area with additional patio furniture. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 5 - 7 minutes.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
