LOUNGE: 205 is complete with a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed L-Shaped seating with an occasional pullout bed, TV and Freeview. 205 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped to include; stand alone fridge, oven & grill, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table and 4 chairs. 

BEDROOMS: Two well designed bedrooms; one master bedroom with fitted wardrobe, wall mounted TV, overhead storage, en-suite toilet with hand basin. The twin bedrooms include fitted wardrobe and two single beds. There is also an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge. 205 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: 205 benefits from fully fitted shower room with wash basin and towel rail. There is also a separate toilet with wash basin and towel rail as an en-suite in the master bedroom. 

HEATING: 205 has double-glazing and central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort, there is also an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: The gated veranda comes complete with patio furniture and fantastic views.
