LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from an open plan lounge with L-shaped fixed seating. Prepare to sit back and relax as the lounge is complete with flat screen TV & free view, and an electric flame effect fire. The sofa bed will allow this holiday home to accommodate 6 guests.

SWIMMING & ENTERTAINMENT PASSES: Nite Owl entertainment passes are included in the cost of your booking - allowing access to live entertainment, food & drink, takeaway & arcade. Swimming sessions are bookable and a charge applies to indoor swimming sessions. 

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of SM187 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

VERANDA: Small walkway veranda to access the accommodation. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern fully equipped kitchen -includes an integrated fridge-freezer, microwave & cooker. The dining area benefits from a free-standing dining table, fixed bench seating and 2 stools. 

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom incorporates a double bed, room for a travel cot, wall mounted TV, en-suite toilet & hand basin, fitted wardrobe, vanity area and over bed storage. The twin room has two single beds, small fitted wardrobes and over bed storage. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The main shower room, is fitted with a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. There is also a second separate toilet and washbasin in the master bedroom. 

HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approximately a 3–4 minute walk. SM187 is also just a stone's throw from the fishing lake and is conveniently located next to the start of the dog walking trail.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
