DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of 183 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. There is an additional charge per dog, this can be added during the booking process.


LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed corner seating, there is an occasional pull-out bed for extra guests; a flat screen TV, electric fire and French doors that open on to the veranda. 


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern kitchen which includes a full size integrated fridge-freezer, gas oven and microwave. The dining area has fixed corner seating and 2 stools for comfort.


BEDROOMS: 3x beautiful designed bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, vanity area; with mirror. The twin rooms each have 2 single beds. a small fitted wardrobe and over bed storage. 
225 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. 
Duvets and pillows are supplied, linen and bed making service are available at an additional cost.


BATHROOM & TOILET: The family bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. There is an en-suite toilet in the master bedroom.


HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.


VERANDA/GARDEN: Front facing veranda with side walkway. With French door access from the lounge. Patio furniture supplied. There is also a large enclosed garden.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 7 to 9 minute walk.


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
