LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from comfortable lounge furnished with comfortable fixed seating. The lounge also benefits from LCD TV, Free View and DVD. A sofa bed is also available in the lounge.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: With marble effect work tops includes, full size integrated fridge and freezer, cooker, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table with fixed seated area.
BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms located at either end of the caravan, the master bedroom at one end with en-suite shower, toilet and hand basin. The two twin bedrooms at the other end have small wardrobes and access to a main bathroom with double shower, toilet and hand basin. 25 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET: The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower, toilet and was basin. 25 also benefits from an additional shower, toilet and wash basin located next to the twin bedrooms at the opposite end of the caravan.
HEATING: 25 has double-glazing, gas fire situated in the lounge and integrated fan heaters in the bedrooms.
VERANDA/GARDEN: Fenced grassed garden with veranda.
PARKING: Allocated parking.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 6 to 7 minute walk.
WI-FI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
