DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of 730 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed sofa, TV with Free-View and an electric fire. There is an occasional pull out in the lounge.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern kitchen which includes an integrated fridge-freezer, full sized cooker and microwave. The dining area comprises of a freestanding table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: 730 has two bedrooms - one double with fitted wardrobe, small TV, vanity area, overhead storage, built in wardrobe and bed side cabinets. The double bedroom can accommodate a travel cot. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a small fitted wardrobe, overhead storage and a bedside cabinet. 730 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The showroom is fitted with a double shower and sink; with mirror. There is a separate toilet, also with a hand basin and mirror.

HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms.

GARDEN: There is a fenced garden with patio furniture supplied.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
