From Junction 22 of the M5 take the second extit at the roundabout on the B3140 towards Burnham on Sea.

Continue over the next roundabout to Burnham.

At the Mini Roundabout turn right to Brean & Berrow on the B3140 (Sea Front & Town Centre) continue on this road past the old lighthouse toward Brean.

You will pass the Burnham & Berrow Golf Club on Coast Road.

When you get to the roundabout on The Coast Road turn Right, the entrance to Unity Beach Holiday Resort can be found approximately half a mile on the right (Please Note: The old entrance on the Coast Road is now closed).
