PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of BW37 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable fixed L shape seating, gas fire and 32" TV. A sofa bed is also available allowing for a maximum of 8 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The galley kitchen includes an under-counter fridge (no freezer box), microwave, small counter top dishwasher, gas cooker and hob. The dining area comes complete with table, fixed corned seating and 2 dining chairs.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and fan heating. Two twin rooms each with two single beds, small wardrobes and fan heating. 
BW37 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. 

Quilts and pillows are supplied - Linen can be added through out the booking process for an additional cost. 

BATHROOM: Shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, heated towel rail,toilet and wash basin. BW37 also benefits from a second toilet and hand basin. 

HEATING: Double-glazing, fan heating in the bedrooms, heated towel rail in the bathroom and a gas fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: BW37 Includes side decking complete with patio furniture. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 6 to 7 minutes’ walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.  

WI-FI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
