PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.
FREE LINEN SERVICE: Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire & fitting. All necessary beds will be made up ready for your arrival. Please add this during the booking process.
LOUNGE: Incorporates free standing 2 & 3 seater sofas, TV with free view, coffee table with stools underneath, French doors leading out to the veranda and flame effect fire. There is also an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Fitted kitchen furnished with full size integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area benefits from a free standing table and 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS: The master bedroom consists of a double bed, wardrobe, vanity area, room for travel cot & en-suite toilet and wash basin. The two twin bedrooms consist of 2x single beds, wardrobe & overhead storage. There is also an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, for short breaks; linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET: Benefits from a fully fitted shower room, with full size shower with glass door, toilet and wash basin. GH215 also has an additional toilet with wash basin in the master bedroom.
HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA Front and side gated veranda complete with patio furniture. There is also a grassed area next to the van.
PARKING: Allocated parking to the side of the accommodation.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx 6 to 7 minute walk.
