FREE LINEN SERVICE: Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire & fitting. All necessary beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE: The lounge is a modern with comfortable fixed L shape seating, coffee table with two stools, wall mounted TV and fitted electric fire. The patio doors open out on to the front veranda with small table and chairs.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The caravan is fitted with full size single oven and grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and necessary utensils. The dining area comprises of a table with 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, one master room comprising of double bed with fitted wardrobe, TV with free-view, overhead storage, small vanity area and en-suite toilet &  shower. 

The first twin room has 2 single beds, over head storage and small wardrobe. The second twin room has 2 single beds and overhead storage. 

HM112 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and radiator. There is also an en-suite toilet and shower in the master bedroom. 

HEATING: HM112 has full central heating fitted throughout and a towel rail in the shower room, the lounge also includes an electric fire.

VERANDA: Small front veranda with a small table and two chairs,accessible from patio doors in the lounge. There is also a side gated veranda with a large patio furniture set supplied. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4 to 5minutes’ walk. 

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON DOG-FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.

WI-FI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
