FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this holiday home for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.
DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of HV33 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge with 2-seater & 3-seater sofas; Sky sport & TNT Sports, patio doors leading onto the veranda with , 40" TV, Free-view and an electric fire.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern kitchen which includes a full-size integrated fridge-freezer, integrated microwave, gas cooker, hob, air-fryer & dishwasher. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table & 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed with overhead storage; wall mounted TV, complete with a vanity area, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet, with hand basin. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom. One twin rooms with two single beds, over bed storage, and small wardrobe. Twin two includes two single beds and small wardrobe.
HV33 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
BATHROOM: Shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The en-suite in the master bedroom also benefits from a wash basin and toilet.
HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA: HV33 benefits from French doors opening onto the veranda with. Patio furniture is supplied.
PARKING: Private Drive next to the accommodation.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8 to 9 minutes’ walk.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
WI-FI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
