FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this holiday home for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.
LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge corner sofa, patio doors leading onto the veranda with countryside views, coffee table with two stools, TV, Free-view and an gas fire. The lounge includes a sofa bed. KH13 can sleep a maximum of 8 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Modern kitchen which includes a full-size integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, gas cooker, hob & dishwasher. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table & 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed with overhead storage; TV, complete with a vanity area, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet, with hand basin. Two twin rooms, they both have small wardrobes and over bed cabinets.
KH13 accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
BATHROOM: Shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The en-suite in the master bedroom also benefits from a wash basin and toilet.
HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA: KH13 benefits from French doors opening onto the veranda with country-side and estuary views. Patio furniture is supplied.
PARKING: Communal parking close by.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8 to 9 minutes’ walk.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
WI-FI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
