FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this holiday home for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.
LOUNGE: Open plan with a free standing sofa, coffee table, French doors on to the veranda, TV with Freeview and electric fire. Also includes an occasional pull-out bed. Maximum of 8 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Kitchen equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes a free-standing table, bench seating and 2 chairs.
BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, en-suite toilet and hand basin, fitted wardrobe, vanity area, room for a travel cot and TV with Freeview.
The two twin rooms include 2 single beds, small wardrobe, and bedside table between the beds.
Quilts & pillows are supplied - linen can be added on at an extra charge at the point of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET: The main shower room includes a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and hand basin.
HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA: Front and side gated veranda with patio furniture supplied.
PARKING: Allocated parking in front of the accommodation for one car.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
