LOUNGE: Fixed L-Shape seating, TV with Free-view, coffee table and electric fire. SP124 includes a pull out bed in the lounge. Maximum of 6 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Well-appointed kitchen furnished with appliances including fridge with freezer box, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area is benefits from a fixed corner seating, table and 2 stools.

BEDROOMS: this accommodation has two bedrooms, one ,master with double bed, over bed storage, small vanity area, TV, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet. The twin room includes 2 single beds, over bed storage and single fitted wardrobe. Maximum 6 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: SP124 benefits from a fully fitted shower room fitted with full size shower with glass door, toilet and wash basin. SP124 also includes a toilet and wash basin in master bedroom en-suite. 

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA: Side veranda with patio furniture. SP124 also includes a small raised seating area with artificial grass and additional chairs.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
