However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.


LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed corner seating, TV with freeview. The lounge includes an occasional pull-out sofa bed to accommodate those additional guests.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: equipped with necessary standard utensils, 60/40 integrated fridge-freezer, cooker & hob and microwave. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table, corner bench seating & 2x stools.


BEDROOMS: SP64 has two bedrooms; one double, with a double bed, Tv, en-suite toilet, vanity area with stool & fitted wardrobe.

The twin room with two single beds, Tv, overhead storage, single wardrobe and radiator. 

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.


BATHROOM & TOILET: The shower room includes shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.


HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.


VERANDA: Surrounding gated veranda & patio furniture is supplied. 


PARKING: Allocated parking space.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 7 to 8-minute walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
